More than 300 second-hand vehicles in Ebreokasión
Tortosa will once again host Ebreokasió, the fair for second-hand vehicles and kilometer zero. The 25th edition of the event arrives this year with new features, after the two-year stoppage due to the pandemic.
Now, Ebreokasió returns with much more force since it plans to exhibit more than 300 vehicles in a space of 7,000 square meters, distributed between the interior and exterior of the Remolins fair pavilion. A total of 16 dealers participate, but the offer of exhibitors will also be expanded with other types of vehicles, not just cars: motorhomes, motorcycles and companies dedicated to cleaning products for vehicles, as well as driving schools. Among the vehicles that will be for sale are second-hand and also zero kilometer and management vehicles.
The fair will start on November 18 in the afternoon and will continue throughout Saturday 19 and Sunday 20. Admission is free. This year, as a novelty, the fair will have a new recreational and gastronomic space, with several restaurant establishments on wheels ('food trucks'), a go-kart track and inflatables for families.
“We wanted to go around the fair and give this complementary offer for families that can also be a claim”, explained the Councilor for Fairs and Economic Promotion of the Tortosa City Council, Sisco Pepió.
The councilor has stated that now is an optimal time to buy a second-hand vehicle, given that new vehicles have some shortcomings due to the current circumstances in terms of the global shortage of some materials or their purchase is very slow. "Here visitors will find cars that can be taken in a few days, if they have a more urgent need, and with a very varied offer of cars."
In the last edition of the fair, in 2019, around fifty purchases were made.
