The third 'brightness' has not been awarded to two restaurants at the same time since the 2018 edition -Aponiente (El Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz) and ABaC (Barcelona)- and it was Cenador de Amós (Villaverde de Pontones, Cantabria), the last three-starred in 2020.
