Stellantis donates one million euros to help Ukrainian refugees

The automobile consortium Stellantis, the result of the merger between the French PSA and the Italian-American Fiat-Chrysler, has decided donate one million euros to support Ukrainian refugees and displaced civilians after the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

The group pointed out that it will rely on a local humanitarian organization so that this exceptional fund is used in the best possible way.

“Stellantis condemns all violence and aggression and, in this period of unprecedented pain, our priority is the health and safety of our Ukrainian employees and their families“, added in the statement the CEO, Carlos Tavares.

The consortium, according to which Russian aggression has “shaken a world order already shaken by uncertainty”, noted that it has 71 workers in Ukrainefor which it has set up a 24-hour active support team that watches over their condition.
